Which implant will be used?
The surgeon recommends an implant for your age, activity level and bone quality. The implant brand is one of the biggest differences between estimates, so ask for it to be named in writing.
When can I walk after knee replacement?
Most patients stand and take a few steps with support within a day of surgery. Physiotherapy continues daily while you are in India.
Can both knees be done in one trip?
Often, yes. Some patients have both knees in one operation, others a few days apart. The surgeon decides based on your health.
