When you use our enquiry form or contact us, you may share your name, phone number, email address, country, the care you are interested in, your preferred city and travel timing. We use these details only to respond to your enquiry and arrange the follow-up you asked for.
Please do not send medical records through the form or WhatsApp
The enquiry form and WhatsApp are not medical records channels. Do not send diagnoses, reports, passport scans or other sensitive medical or identity details through them. Your coordinator will set up a separately secured way to share medical documents.
If you message us on WhatsApp, or ask us to contact you there, your messages are also processed by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.
How the form is processed
Enquiries are handled by Netlify Forms. Before going live the operator should review the provider's data-processing terms, access control, retention, hosting location and security. Only authorised staff should see submissions, and they should be kept only as long as needed.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your enquiry data where the law allows. Contact hello@medtourx.com (placeholder address, confirm before launch).
