Why coordinate

Medical travel usually means ten conversations. We make it one.

Hospital quotes in one inbox, WhatsApp threads in another, a visa letter nobody can find and a hotel that is twenty minutes too far. MedTourX pulls those loose ends into one case with one coordinator, so you always know what has happened and what happens next.

  • Clear choicesCompare reviewed options and itemised written estimates before you book anything.
  • Support that travels with youVisa letter, flights, airport pickup and a stay near your hospital, arranged in order.
  • Care that continues at homeDischarge papers and follow-up shared with your doctor back home.

Questions

What people ask before they travel.

Do you have a question we have not covered? Ask it in the enquiry form and a coordinator will call you back.

How do I start planning treatment in India?

Send a short enquiry or message us on WhatsApp. A coordinator calls you to understand what you need, then sets up a secure way to share your medical reports so hospitals can review your case.

Can I get a cost estimate before I travel?

Yes. After a hospital reviews your reports it can give an indicative estimate. Costs depend on your diagnosis, tests, hospital, treatment and recovery time. Always ask for an itemised written estimate before you book travel.

Do you help with the medical visa and accommodation?

We help you request the hospital's invitation letter, plan flights and airport pickup, and find a stay near your hospital. Visa rules depend on your nationality, so requirements are confirmed for your case.

How are doctors and hospitals chosen?

By your clinical needs, the specialist's experience, hospital accreditation and your own preferences, such as city and budget. You should still check credentials independently, and we help you do that.

What happens after I return home?

Your discharge papers and recovery plan are shared with you and, if you wish, your doctor at home. Remote follow-up with the treating team can be arranged where the hospital offers it.

How much does treatment cost?

Our cost guide shows indicative ranges for more than 60 procedures in your currency. Your written estimate comes from the hospital after it reviews your reports.

Can I contact you on WhatsApp?

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp +971 50 144 2780. Please do not send medical reports on WhatsApp; your coordinator will share a secure link for them.
